The Process

I will come to your home*  for a free 1 hour consultation.  This gives us a chance to meet, and to see what service(s) you require, as well as determine pricing.

Once the date(s) are booked, I will request that you have the following on hand:

  • Cardboard Boxes
  • Vacuum
  • Dust Rags
  • ​Cleaning Products

We will start at one end of the room, sorting and distributing items into designated boxes (KEEP, DONATE , SELL , RECYCLE , GARBAGE & NOT SURE).

As I live my life as environmentally friendly as possible,
I suggest that all items be recycled appropriately (if applicable).

Smaller items being
donated will be loaded and delivered to a reputable donation depot of your choice, preferably the same day by the client (consultant will accompany if necessary).  The donation depot will pick up larger items set up by appointment.

All items that are donated will be approved by the client. (A disclaimer will be signed prior to commencement of services.)

Goods being sold through the SU Consignment Service will be photographed, logged, priced and stored with SU until sold/donated/returned.  (A Consignment Service Contract will be reviewed and signed by both parties.)

Items that are remaining and to be stored will be done so using storage containers of your choice.  Any storage containers suggested to purchase, shall be done so at the clients expense.

My service areas include home, garage and outdoor storage areas/yard (when weather is conducive).
